They offer a good selection of paint ranges and tools. I was able to find what I needed and purchased some extra heady duty screws that were required for a sink that needs to be bolted to the wall to avoid excess weight on the cabinet. The staff I encountered were polite and help me find the relevant items. Being based in Farnham its not my first. Thanks

On three occasions we had ordered online and the stock levels were showing ample items available only to be called by a staff member to inform none are available, now if they put as much effort in to keeping online stock levels updated there would not be an issue, on each occasion we shopped at Wickes no problem at all

I had bought too much of a colour of paint. Went to see Fred with an unopened van of paint. He helpfully found my transaction on his till from 2 days ago, and allowed me to switch for another colour and I bought one more. Excellent service, I'm a retail manager myself, this is great to see, ensuring future business for you too. Also, new guy Ryan is so lovely

The website does not seam to work very well. I picked up 18 large slabs this evening and was given a hand to load them in the van, very nice indeed.

Service was great at the paint desk but that is not why I am leaving a lower score review.
Having gone for Valspar mixing as I have used this product before and happy with the coverage, I was disappointed to see dried paint lumps while pouring into the tray.
Didn't expect to see that from a higher priced paint product.
On the plus side the colour is great and the new brush and trays on offer are also nice.
